Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by USA Score Repair ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and client portal (the "Services"). By enrolling, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures.
Description of Services
USA Score Repair is a credit repair organization as defined by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and a credit service organization under Florida's Credit Service Organizations Act (Fla. Stat. §§ 817.7001–817.706). We assist consumers in reviewing their credit reports and challenging items believed to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, and we offer related credit-education and monitoring services. We are not a law firm, a credit counseling agency, or a lender, and we do not provide legal or tax advice.
No Guarantee of Results
Consistent with CROA and Florida law, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, including any particular increase in your credit score or the removal of any specific item from your credit reports. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot lawfully be removed. Any statements regarding typical outcomes are illustrative only and are not a promise of results in your case.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third (3rd) business day after the date you signed it, as required by CROA and Florida law. To cancel, deliver written notice of cancellation to the address or email listed below. Cancellation is effective when sent. You may also cancel ongoing month-to-month services at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund services already performed.
Fees & Billing
Consistent with CROA and Florida law, we do not charge or accept payment for any service until that service has been fully performed. Recurring plans are billed monthly in arrears for work completed during the prior period. Fees are disclosed to you before enrollment and in your written contract. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the fees applicable to your plan until you cancel.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including valid identification and proof of address;
- Authorize us to communicate with the credit bureaus and furnishers on your behalf;
- Only dispute information you have a good-faith basis to believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable;
- Keep your portal login credentials confidential and promptly report any unauthorized use.
Client Portal & Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USA Score Repair's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under CROA, the FCRA, or Florida law.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the parties agree to binding arbitration. Nothing in this section waives any non-waivable statutory right, and you retain the right to pursue claims in small-claims court where available.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where required, communicated to you. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Required Disclosures
Last Updated: July 20, 2026
The following disclosures are provided to you in accordance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Florida's Credit Service Organizations Act. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
Consumer Credit File Rights under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report if you are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days, if you are a recipient of public welfare assistance, or if you have reason to believe that there is inaccurate information in your credit report due to fraud.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it. Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur. You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau. If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you. The Federal Trade Commission regulates credit bureaus and credit repair organizations. For more information contact: The Public Reference Branch, Federal Trade Commission, Washington, D.C. 20580.
You Can Do It Yourself
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit reports yourself, free of charge, by contacting Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion directly. You are not required to use a credit repair organization. We charge for the convenience, expertise, and management of that process on your behalf.
No Advance Fees
We will not charge you or accept payment for any service until that service has been fully performed, as required by CROA and Florida law. You will never be asked to pay in advance of work being completed.
Results Are Not Guaranteed
No credit repair organization may guarantee a specific credit score or the removal of any specific item. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed. Any results we describe are illustrative and not a promise of outcomes in your individual case.
Florida Credit Service Organization Disclosure
USA Score Repair is registered as a credit service organization in the State of Florida and maintains a surety bond in the amount required by Fla. Stat. § 817.703 for the benefit of consumers who are damaged by a violation of Florida's Credit Service Organizations Act. Before you sign a contract, you will receive a written statement of your rights and the information required under Florida law, and a written contract that describes the services to be performed, the total cost, and your three-day right to cancel.
How to Cancel
To cancel within your three-business-day cancellation period, or to cancel ongoing month-to-month service, send written notice to USA Score Repair, Miami, FL, or email info@usascorerepair.com. Cancellation is effective when sent, and you will not be charged for services not yet performed.
